fNIRS Data Analysis Workshop

This 3-day, hands-on fNIRS workshop covers experimental design and a full Satori analysis workflow, from preprocessing to event-related averaging, GLM, and group-level statistics. TMS-fNIRS workshop
The TMS-fNIRS presentation offers a comprehensive overview of combining transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) with functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). It will explore the integration of neuroimaging modalities, comparisons with TMS-EEG and TMS-fMRI, and the latest developments in TMS-fNIRS. The session will also provide practical guidelines for device setup, address both physiological and technical considerations, and share valuable tips for optimizing data acquisition and analysis
